Hello, I’m Jay. I was born and raised in Baltimore, MD, where I was exposed to the creative arts as a child. My interest in design became more defined during the days of MySpace, and I began experimenting with digital art and design as a teenager.

While I initially pursued a degree in Business Administration at the University of Maryland, my ongoing freelance work in graphic design throughout high school and college made it clear that my true passion was in the arts. This realization led me to transition to the Parsons School of Design, where I earned a BFA in Graphic Design.

Today, my work is significantly influenced by elements of pop culture, which I integrate into my designs to keep them fresh, relevant, and engaging. My background in business also aids in delivering practical, market-oriented design solutions.
